Terms & Conditions:
NOTE: You (buyer) must agree to these Terms and Conditions set forth by Talia Couture before you complete your purchase. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions please do not proceed with your purchase. The Terms and Conditions will not be modified for any buyer.
DISCOUNT:
- All items on the Talia Couture website are 20% off. To receive your 20% discount you must enter the Discount/Promo Code 2020 during checkout. If the code 2020 is not entered during checkout you (buyer) will not receive your 20% discount. Talia Couture is not responsible if the 2020 code is not entered and no refunds will be given or money refunded for items where the 2020 discount code was not entered.
- All items with a subtotal over $85.00 will be shipped for free within the United States of America (USA) (this offer does not apply to international orders. You (buyer) must select "Free Shipping" during checkout to receive free standard shipping.
- No refunds will be given or money refunded for items purchased where the buyer did not select "Free Shipping" during checkout.
DELIVERY:
- Talia Couture does strive to fufill and ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase however some orders may take longer to process. Please allow up to 16 days for delivery of orders shipped within the US and 21 days for international deliveries.
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct! Talia Couture is ot responsible for deliveries to the wrong shipping address or orders not being received by buyers. No refunds will be given for items shipped to the wrong address or items not received by buyers.
RETURNS:
- New, undamaged, and unopened items in the original packaging, with the tags still attached can be returned and received by Talia Couture within 10 days of the item being purchased for a full refund.
- After 10 days items can no longer be returned and NO REFUNDS will be given.
- All returned items must be received by Talia Couture within 10 days of the item being purchased.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for any purchases.
- Talia Couture or its affiliates are not responsible for the cost of shipping fees for returned items. The buyer agrees to pay for all shipping fees for returned items and understands that the shipping fee for their original purchase will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
- If you receive a defective item please return the item within 10 days of your purchase for an exchange for the same item. The item must be received by Talia Couture within 10 days of purchase.
- If items are not received by Talia Couture within 10 days no exchanges will be given.
- Items will be exchanged for the same item, no modifications or changes in color or style will be accepted or given.
- Items can only be exchanged one time per customer, per order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- All international orders (orders not shipped to an address within the USA) must select UPS international expedited or express shipping during checkout and pay the international shipping fee.
- There is NO free shipping on international orders
- If International shipping is not selected during checkout Talia Couture has the right to grant a refund to the buyer and not ship the buyers order.
